1. About This Website

This website is operated by Haylie Fox Medium, based in the United Kingdom. By using this website and booking any services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Services Offered

I offer the following services:

  • Online 1-2-1 mediumship readings via Zoom

  • Spiritual healing

  • Workshops and development groups

  • Spiritual art

  • Spiritual books and written content

3. Bookings and Payment

  • All readings and services must be paid for in advance of the session

  • Payment confirms your booking

  • By booking a session you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older

  • Prices are as stated on this website and are subject to change

4. Cancellations and Refunds

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give as much notice as possible via the enquiries page

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may not be eligible for a refund

  • If I need to cancel your session for any reason, a full refund or alternative appointment will be offered

  • Digital products and downloadable content are non-refundable once accessed

5. The Nature of Spiritual Readings

Please read this section carefully:

  • Mediumship and spiritual readings are offered as part of my sincere religious and spiritual beliefs as a practising Spiritualist and member of the Spiritualists' National Union (SNU)

  • I do not predict the future, diagnose medical conditions or prescribe treatment of any kind

  • Whilst I will always work to the best of my ability, I cannot guarantee to connect with any specific person in Spirit

  • Readings are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial or psychological advice

  • You always retain free will and the ability to make your own choices

  • Results of readings cannot be guaranteed

  • You must be 18 or over to book a reading

6. Online Sessions and Technical Issues

  • Online readings are conducted via Zoom or other agreed video platform

  • I am not responsible for any issues arising from your internet connection, device, software or technical setup

  • If a session is interrupted due to technical issues on your side, the session time will not be extended or refunded

  • If technical issues on my side prevent the session from taking place, an alternative appointment will be offered

7. Conduct and Responsibility

  • I reserve the right to end a session if a client behaves inappropriately or abusively

  • No refund will be issued in such circumstances

  • I am not responsible for any decisions you make as a result of a reading or service

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website including text, poetry, artwork and images is the intellectual property of Haylie Fox Medium

  • You may not reproduce, copy or distribute any content from this website without prior written permission

9. Books and Digital Products

  • All sales of books and digital products are final once accessed or downloaded

  • Physical products will be dispatched within a reasonable timeframe and you will be notified of any delays

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, I am not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this website or any services booked through it. This does not affect your statutory rights as a UK consumer.
